Everything in this shop is printed to order through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, once you place your order — nothing sits on a shelf beforehand. Because each item is made specifically for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges simply for a change of mind or an incorrect size choice. We do stand fully behind the quality of what arrives.
Misprints, damage or defects
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size or colour to what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at shop@outandaboutadventures.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you’d prefer.
Minor colour variation between what you see on screen and the finished print is normal in garment printing and isn’t treated as a defect.
Ordered the wrong size?
Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we can’t offer a free exchange if you order the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — if you do need a different size, you’re welcome to place a new order.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order doesn’t arrive and tracking shows it’s been lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll send a free replacement.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we’ll refund the cost of the product, but a new order (and new shipping charge) will be needed to send it out again — so please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
Cancelling an order
Production usually begins shortly after you order, so we can only cancel or amend an order if you contact us within a few hours of purchase, before it has gone into production. Email shop@outandaboutadventures.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Email shop@outandaboutadventures.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the item. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
