About these terms
These terms govern any order placed through shop.outandaboutadventures.com, run by Out and About Adventures (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and pricing
Every item is printed to order once you buy it, using our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. We try to keep product information, images and pricing accurate, but errors can happen — if we spot a pricing or listing mistake after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted once we confirm it and it goes into production. Payment is taken at checkout in full before production begins.
Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and include production time before an item ships. See our Refund and Returns Policy for what happens if an order is lost, delayed, or misdelivered.
Returns and cancellations
Because items are made to order, our approach to returns, replacements and cancellations is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos and site content are owned by Out and About Adventures (or used with permission) and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written consent.
Our liability
We aim to provide products as described, but we don’t accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order, beyond what’s required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Mountain prints: map data and attribution
The contour artwork on our mountain prints is created from elevation data from the Copernicus Digital Elevation Model (GLO-30), which we have processed and adapted to produce each design.
This artwork is “produced using Copernicus WorldDEM-30 © DLR e.V. 2010-2014 and © Airbus Defence and Space GmbH 2014-2018 provided under COPERNICUS by the European Union and ESA; all rights reserved”.
“The organisations in charge of the Copernicus programme by law or by delegation do not incur any liability for any use of the Copernicus WorldDEM-30”.
For British and Irish summits, names, heights and positions are from the Database of British and Irish Hills (DoBIH), licensed under CC BY 4.0: www.hill-bagging.co.uk/dobih. Other summits use official national survey data, credited on each product page.
Our business and products are independent and are not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with the European Union, the European Space Agency (ESA), DLR, Airbus Defence and Space, the Database of British and Irish Hills, or any other organisation involved in the Copernicus programme.
