About these terms
These terms govern any order placed through shop.outandaboutadventures.com, run by Out and About Adventures (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and pricing
Every item is printed to order once you buy it, using our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. We try to keep product information, images and pricing accurate, but errors can happen — if we spot a pricing or listing mistake after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted once we confirm it and it goes into production. Payment is taken at checkout in full before production begins.
Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and include production time before an item ships. See our Refund and Returns Policy for what happens if an order is lost, delayed, or misdelivered.
Returns and cancellations
Because items are made to order, our approach to returns, replacements and cancellations is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos and site content are owned by Out and About Adventures (or used with permission) and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written consent.
Our liability
We aim to provide products as described, but we don’t accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order, beyond what’s required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
